SIOUX CITY | A celebrated Miami restaurateur will mingle with guests at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on July 14-15, when he visits and does a "restaurant takeover" of the Main + Abbey restaurant.
Sean Brasel, founder of the popular Miami steakhouse Meat Market, also will be at the Hard Rock's new Wine Bar to talk with guests about his take on the tapas menu offered at the bar.
Brasel will prepare special dishes during his Main + Abbey restaurant takeover on July 15, including Prime Rib Carpaccio and Char Roasted Oyster Rockefeller.
“It’s very exciting for us to be able to host Chef Brasel at Main + Abbey,” Hard Rock Hotel & Casino General Manager Todd Moyer said. “His style of cooking and culinary techniques closely align with the offerings at Main + Abbey. I’m confident our guests will enjoy this special menu he has prepared.”
