SIBLEY, Iowa -- A Jackson, Minnesota man was arrested Sunday in Osceola County and charged with several methamphetamine and marijuana-related charges.
Denny Phosy, 29, was involved in a traffic stop on Highway 59 just south of the state line Sunday, which led to the discovery of meth and marijuana in his possession, according to a press release from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.
Phosy was charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver - methamphetamine; possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana; and failure to affix tax stamp.
He was held in the Osceola County Jail on a $35,000 bond.
A female passenger, 44-year-old Jennifer Lee Drahota, also of Jackson, was also arrested on a warrant from Dickinson County.
