SIOUX CITY -- A Sioux City man was jailed after he allegedly engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior with an 11-year-old girl.
According to a criminal compliant, 35-year-old Jacob Rose of Sioux City was acting as a substitute speech therapist for an 11-year-old girl on May 31.
During their scheduled speech therapy session, the complaint says, Rose engaged in several types of sexual contact with the girl.
Rose was arrested June 12 and charged with sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist, assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and lascivious conduct with a minor. He was later released on $20,000 bond.
