HAWARDEN, Iowa -- The Sioux County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a Thursday morning hit-and-run vehicle collision that occurred east of Hawarden.
According to a press release from the Sioux County Sheriff's Office, a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C300 heading eastbound on 460th Street was sideswiped by a vehicle travelling westbound at 9:40 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle that struck the Mercedes, described as a white crossover with possible side damage, did not stop.
No injuries were reported in the collision. The Mercedes-Benz suffered roughly $1,400 in damage.
