SIOUX CITY -- The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public assistance in locating the following person:
* Dylan Benavides, 26. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. Benavides is wanted on warrants issued in Wayne County, Neb. for terroristic threats and a felony drug charge.
