OMAHA -- Three Macy, Nebraska, men have pleaded not guilty to assaulting and seriously injuring another man.
Alyas Bertucci, 18, and DeJuan Parker, 20, entered their pleas Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Omaha to a single count of assault in Indian country resulting in serious bodily injury. Taylor Morris, 20, pleaded not guilty to the same charge on Monday.
Trial dates have not been set.
All three are charged with assaulting 67-year-old Herbert Morris on Aug. 18 in Macy.

According to court documents, Taylor Morris, Bertucci and Parker were fighting with Devontae Lasley in the front yard of a home at 38 Skunk Hollow Drive when Lasley's grandfather, Herbert Morris, tried to intervene.
Taylor Morris pushed Herbert Morris to the ground, court documents said, and he, Bertucci and Parker kicked and stomped on him.
Herbert Morris suffered serious head and brain injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit at a Sioux City hospital before being transferred to an Omaha rehabilitation facility, according to court documents.
