Citizens will learn strategies to have civil conversations across differences 4 to 6 p.m. at Sioux City Public Museum, 607 Fourth St. Through active listening, Americans can begin to better understand their fellow citizens' perspectives and develop more tolerance toward those who think very differently than they do.

Historic Fourth Street Walking Tour

The street containing the best concentration of late 19th century commercial buildings in Sioux City will be the focus of a free walking tour presented by Sioux City Public Museum staff.
