It's amazing what happens when a woman drags you to the city to go shopping.
We were leaving the Southern Hills Mall to get back on the interstate. The turn light was green as I hit the intersection. A blink of an eye later it was yellow as I started through, then red. That's when that d----d camera caught me. A week later, I got a ticket in the mail.
It was bad enough to have to go to one store after another and one mall after another, then this happened. I don't think that's fair. The law should state an officer must observe the infraction and issue the ticket. There was no officer there.
I'm surprised that no one has sued the city to get cameras taken out. - Fran Johnson, Yankton, South Dakota
