A recent Mini Editorial writer opined that we need to return to teaching morality, discipline and patriotism.
I couldn't agree more. More laws will do nothing to change the climate of our nation. We already have laws against killing; it's the heart that needs to be changed.
The Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy (2 Timothy 3:1-4) that in the "last days" there will be "times of stress - men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to parents, slanderers, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God ..." Does this not describe us in the U.S. today?
