MINI: COVID relief funds should be used solely for their intended purpose

THE MINI: I don’t usually share the same perspective as Jim Rixner, but in his Sunday SC Journal ‘The Regulars’ column, I fully agree that COVID relief funds should be used solely for their intended purpose. Or just save that money for now and maybe use it to help bail out our hospital systems in the county after this pandemic is over.  -Mark Raymond, Sioux City
