HASTINGS, Neb. | Gabby Grasso hit a pair of free throws with 16 seconds left to cap a late rally the lifted No. 11 Hastings to a 73-72 win over No. 13 Morningside in a Great Plains Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday.

The Mustangs had a seemingly safe 61-46 lead early in the fourth quarter after a free throw by Rachelle Housh but were outscored 27-11 the rest of the way.

Shandra Farmer, a 5-3 point guard, scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Broncos (20-5 overall and 11-5 GPAC). Four other Hastings players reached double digits in the win.

Madison Braun scored 19 points and Jordyn Moser 18 to lead the Mustangs (18-6 overall and 11-5 GPAC). Morningside hosts No. 12 Dakota Wesleyan Wednesday.
