Bandits earn CIF honors

SIOUX CITY -- Sioux City Bandits running back Darrian Miller was named the Champions Indoor Football league Co-Offensive Player of the Year for a team that will play for the CIF championship on Saturday night.

Miller ran for 632 yard, 25 rushing touchdowns and added 150 receiving yards and three more scores.

Defensive back Solomon St. Pierre was named the Co-Defensive Player of the Year after recording 55 tackles, a CIF-best 11 interceptions and 13 pass breakups. St. Pierre was also named the Rookie of the Year.

Kicker Greg Conry earned Special Teams Player of the Year after connecting on 22 of 34 field goals and 78 of 86 extra points.
