MADISON, Wis. | Sioux City's scheduled United States Hockey League game with Madison Wednesday evening was halted late in the first period due to an apparent burst pipe at the Bob Suter Capitol Ice Arena.

The Musketeers were trailing 2-1 with 34 seconds left in the opening period.

Martin Pospisil had scored a goal for Sioux City before play was halted. Word is pending on when the game will be completed.

Sioux City is back in action at Muskegon Friday and Saturday.
