Wolves rally for big victory

SOUTH SIOUX CITY | The Siouxland United Wolves came back from an early 10-0 deficit to record a 40-10 victory over Northwest Omaha, Saturday at the Dible Soccer Complex.

Cole Eaton scored three tries, Hunter Boettcher had one try and five conversions abd Ryan Parker and Dylan Divis each added one try.

Scoring for Northwest were DeAundre Crowley-Davis and Andrew Adam.

The Wolves (2-0) will be at home for their next match hosting Omaha United, Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Dible Soccer Complex.

Starks transferring from Iowa State

AMES, Iowa - Redshirt freshman guard TeeTee Starks is transferring from the Iowa State women’s basketball program, head coach Bill Fennelly announced Sunday.

Starks, a Brooklyn Park, Minnesota native, appeared in all 31 games for the Cyclones this season and started in 14 contests. Starks averaged 2.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists this season. In 2015-16, she appeared in nine games for the Cyclones before being sidelined due to injury and receiving a medical redshirt.
