SIOUX CENTER, Iowa -- Dordt scored three times in the first half and rolled past Presentation 5-1 in Sioux Center on Saturday.

The Defenders, who outshot Presentation 17-4, got two goals from Nils Gulbranson and Patrick Munsey while Mika de Vin had the other. Adam Viet had the only assist for Dordt.

Defender goalkeeper Seth Lewison made three save.

Presentation's lone goal came from Kieren Clarke.

Dordt improves to 5-2.

BRIAR CLIFF 0, GRACELAND 0: Briar Cliff and Graceland played to a scoreless tie on Saturday.

The Chargers outshot Graceland 18-11 and had three more corner kicks, but could not get the ball past Graceland goalkeeper Liam Smith.

Charger keeper Alex Theobald made four saves. Briar Cliff is now 2-3-1 on the season.


DORDT 5, PRESENTATION 2: Maddie Regnerus had two goals on three shots as the Defenders picked up the win on Saturday.

Cailey Terpstra, Kenzie Bousema and Hannah Glynn also scored for the Defenders. Mika Kooistra and Alaina Van Zalen had assists.

Presentation, which was outshot 15-3 in the match got goals from Alessandra Dominguez and Rikki Quintero.

Dordt is now 3-4 on the season.

MORNINGSIDE 2, ST. MARY 0: Morningside got goals from Merle Bublitz and Melody Clubertson to earn the win at Olsen Stadium on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Tristan Beaulieu recorded the shutout with five saves.

The Mustangs outshot St. Mary 22-10 as it improved to 2-2-1 on the season.

NORTHWESTERN 2, YORK 1: Despite being outshot 14-7 Northwestern picked up its first win of the season in overtime in York, Nebraska on Saturday.

The Red Raiders scored a goal in each half as Paige Drenth and Cherish Shuka had the tallies. Sarah Homan added an assist for Northwestern.

York's lone goal came from Breanna Bembenek in the first half.

Northwestern goalkeeper Destinee Montenegro made five saves. The Red Raiders are now 1-5 on the season.

WISCONSIN-PLATTEVILLE 6, BVU 0: Wisconsin-Platteville scored four times in the first half on its way to the win on Saturday.

Caelyn Steffens scored a hat trick, Taylor Gamble had two goals and Amber Lueder had the other.

Buena Vista had more shots in the match, 14-13, but could not get the ball past Kathryn Flaherty, who made four saves.

Wisconsin-Platteville is now 4-1 and the Beavers are 1-4.
