The Defenders, who had a .282 kill percentage in the match, were led by Ema Altena and Leah Kemp who both had 13 kills while Jamie De Jager dished out 34 assists. Aubrey Drake had 24 digs.
DWU was led by Rebecca Frick's eight kills.
Dordt is now 9-2 overall and 3-0 in the GPAC while the Tigers fall to 11-4 and 1-3.
HASTINGS 3, MORNINGSIDE 0: No. 11 Hastings swept Morningside 25-16, 25-16, 25-23 in Hastings on Saturday.
The Broncos were led by Lucy Skoch's 16 kills and Sage Meyer had 10. Clare Hamburger added 21 assists.
The Mustangs were paced by Krista Zenk's 11 kills, Callie Alberico had 25 assists and Kayla Harris had 17 digs.
Hastings is now 8-2 on the season and 3-0 in the GPAC while the Mustangs fall to 7-6 and 2-2.
WAYNE STATE 3, MINNESOTA STATE 2: Katie Stephens had a career high afternoon slamming down 20 kills to help the No. 18 Wildcats fend off Minnesota State 25-11, 25-21, 17.25, 21-25, 15-12 in a Northern Sun Conference match at Rice Auditorium Saturday.
Allysa Ballenger had 14 kills and Tarrin Beller 11 for Wayne State, which improved to 10-3 overall and 3-2 in the NSIC. Alivia Garbe had a match-high 21 kills to lead Mankato State, which is also 10-3 overall and 3-2 in NSIC matches.
NORTHWESTERN 3, JAMESTOWN 0: No. 16 Northwestern dominated with a .415 attack percentage in sweeping Jamestown 25-19, 25-12, 25-21 in Jamestown on Saturday.
The Red Raiders were led by Lauryn Hilger's 18 kills and Makenzie Fink added 15. Lacey Wacker had 35 assists and Emily Strasser had 18 digs.
The Jimmies were paced by Kennedy Conzemius' six kills.
Northwestern improved to 11-4 overall and 2-1 in the GPAC while Jamestown fell to 10-2 on the season.
UCSB 3, SOUTH DAKOTA 0: Lindsey Ruddins recorded 22 kills for a UC Santa Barbara team that hit .324 during Saturday’s 25-16, 25-20, 25-17 sweep over South Dakota at the CSU Bakersfield Tournament.
Ruddins hit an impressive .488 against the Coyotes. The Gauchos limited themselves to just 10 attack errors in the victory.
Hayley Dotseth paced South Dakota with 11 kills, but also had a team-high five attack errors. Setter Madison Jurgens provided 21 assists and 11 digs while Anne Rasmussen recorded 13 digs. Taylor Wilson contributed six kills and two block assists.
