Maple Heights Requirements:

• Must be age 62+

• Must be income qualifying

     - Total gross income for a Single individual must not exceed $22,400

Annex Requirements:

• Must be age 62+

• Must be income qualifying

     - Total gross income for a Single individual must not exceed $22,400

     - Total gross income for a Couple must not exceed $25,600

Note: Income levels are adjusted by HUD and change on a yearly basis

Individuals must be income qualifying and meet age requirements or have physical accessibility needs. Individuals with physical accessibility needs must be 18 years of age or older, and must meet the requirements for mobility impaired units.

Federally subsidized housing program (HUD 202) for elderly and handicapped. Rent is calculated at 30% of monthly income. We comply with the fair housing act.
