OUR SELECTION

Our selection is enormous. The display floor is larger than three football fields and is on one easy to shop level. We have one of the Midwest’s largest selections of La-Z-Boy recliners and Sealy bedding. In addition you will find an extensive selection of living room furniture including leather, entertainment centers, dinettes and bedroom furniture. Our large size allows us to carry furniture and bedding in a wide range of styles and prices.

At Everett’s we are constantly looking for companies that are value leaders in their category. We would not sell our customers a product that we would not own ourselves. We carry well-known brand names such as La-Z-Boy, Sealy, Broyhill, Chromcraft, Ashley, Lane, plus many others. In every case we take great companies and price their products so they are affordable. When you shop at Everett’s you don’t need to wait for your furniture or bedding. Everything on our showroom floor and in our large on-premise warehouse is available for immediate delivery or customer pickup. Being locally owned and operated gives us the flexibility to instantly respond to our customers’ needs.

We are Siouxland’s low price leader and have prices you will appreciate. We will meet or beat any local competitors’ advertised price on identical in-stock merchandise. Many of our customers comment that our everyday low prices are lower than most stores’ sale prices.

OUR HISTORY

Everett’s Furniture was started by Everett Gunsolley as a combination used furniture store and shoe repair facility. During the Depression, Everett worked as a packing house worker by day and did shoe repair in his small shoe shop at night. In 1932, Everett and his family moved resulting in excess personal furniture, so he placed it for sale in the shoe repair shop. The furniture sold and Everett’s Furniture began. The business grew and through the years was relocated four times. The present multi-acre facility, built in 1982, has been expanded three times. Everett’s Furniture is now owned and operated by Everett’s son Jerry and daughter Judy, who have been active in the business since they were teenagers. Since its beginning, this business has always strived to bring great furniture values to customers. We know many of our customers on a first name basis and would love to add you to our family of furniture customers.
