SIOUX CITY | Southern Hills Mall welcomed some new retailers in 2014.
Francesca's, a new-to-market boutique, opened in a 1,302-square-foot space next to Aeropostale and across from Helzberg Diamonds.
Since opening its first store in 1999, Francesca's Collections has become one of the nation's fastest-growing women's fashion retailers. The store specializes in fashion-forward styles in women's clothing, accessories, and gifts
Schweser’s opened a women's clothing store on the south side of the mall, next to Iron Hill. The retailer, in business since 1880, carries a full line of misses and plus-size fashions, handbags and jewelry, along with a seasonal home decor and giftware department.
There were also some remodels and rebrandings for some Southern Hills tenants. The Buckle, a clothing store, remodeled its location and presented its new brand. Bath and Body works also remodeled their store and expanded by an additional 500 square feet.
