SIOUX CITY — Locals have expressed a great deal of enthusiasm about the addition of 10.5 miles of mountain bike trails at Cone and Sertoma parks, according to Matt Salvatore. The Sioux City parks and recreation director said out-of-towners have already traveled to Sioux City to scout out the new mountain bike park.Â
