DAKOTA DUNES — Leaders at United Real Estate Solutions and NAI United, the commercial real estate arm of the company, are head over heels for the firm’s new Dakota Dunes office.
“I love it,” said Kevin McManamy, president of United Real Estate Solutions.
The new NAI United office occupies a first floor corner of the sparkling new Gold Circle Centre, 400 Gold Circle Drive, officially giving the firm and its parent company a presence in all three Siouxland states.
The new space is 2,600 square feet with a modern contemporary look, an abundance of natural light, boasts six offices, a conference room, and a break room/flex space equipped with Smart TVs, an outdoor patio and its next door to the new Stone Bru coffee location.
McManamy and Chris Bogenrief, president of NAI United, noted that agents from the commercial and residential divisions of the company can work out of all three offices and each location has dedicated flex space for visiting agents.

Bogenrief also likes being next door to Stone Bru because in addition to meeting his beverage needs, he said he gets to see and interact with clients who he doesn’t otherwise see that often.
The new Dunes office bolsters United/NAI United’s profile in Siouxland and joins the firms location in the United Center at 302 Jones St. in Sioux City and at 1913 Dakota Ave. in South Sioux City.
Another thing that inspired United/NAI United to offer clients multiple places to meet within relatively close proximity to each other is that it’s the blueprint used by NP Dodge Real Estate of Omaha, the country’s oldest real estate company, dating to 1855.
Utilizing that model for success, plus taking advantage of the friendly business climate and tax benefits in South Dakota along with the boom in commercial development in the Dunes are some a few of the reasons Bogenrief said they wanted to open an office there.
SIOUX CITY — Ho-Chunk Inc. has hit the halfway mark with Virginia Square, its $30 million downtown housing and commercial development project.
