SIOUX CITY | Koated Kernels has only been open since 2014, but their delicious (sometimes wacky) flavors of gourmet popcorn have already become a staple on the Sioux City snack-scene. The shop offers 25 unforgettable flavors, along with Jolly Time Popcorn merchandise.Â
The shop also doubles as the Jolly Time Museum, archiving 100 years of tasty history. Stop by for some samples and take a walk down memory lane with the dozens of artifacts.
